Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WTH the driver in mind, Hands has introduced a spare wheel carrier so easy to operate that removing the spare wheel is now child's play.

When the U-type clamp and two nuts have been removed, the wheel is left resting on a protruding arm and pressing a small clip forward allows the rear of the wheel to angle downwards until it rests on the ground. All the driver then has to do is "walk" the spare wheel off the arm.
