• At a gathering in Shrewsbury yesterday, Rolls-Royce announced the Mark II version of the Eagle diesel engine which is the first to pass official acceptance tests for BS AU141: 1967 ratings.
Details of changes made to the Eagle to produce the Mark H will be available for publication in CM next week.
