AB AGRI HAS been granted authorisation for seven vehicles and eight trailers at a new operating centre in Uffculme, Cullompton, subject to the following conditions: ● no vehicle maintenance shall take place on authorised vehicles or trailers at the operating centre except for the rectiication of any defects found on the driver’s daily walk-round checks or by the tyre provider; ● reversing bleepers on all authorised vehicles will be switched off when operating within the conines of the operating centre between the hours of 9pm and 6am; ● the engines of authorised vehicles shall not be left running unnecessarily before leaving the operating centre and/or when situated on the weighbridge; ● the headlights of the authorised vehicles will be switched off once safely parked within the conines of the operating centre, ● the operator will ensure that all drivers are instructed – in writing, a copy of which will be made available to the trafic commissioner on request – not to slam cab doors or sound the horns of the vehicles when operating within the conines of the operating centre at night.
