MARK MEDLYN Transport has been given the go-ahead to base two vehicles at the Wheal Briton Travel facility in Blackwater, Truro, subject to the following conditions: ● maintenance of authorised vehicles shall be carried out only between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday.
● there shall be no maintenance of authorised vehicles carried out on any Sunday or any bank/ public holidays; ● there shall be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles before 7am or after 8pm Mondays to Fridays; before 9am or after 5pm Saturdays and Sundays; and before 7am or after 7pm on bank/public holidays.
