drivers and putting them through the p.s,v, test is being arranged this winter by George Ewer and Co. Ltd., 53-55 Stamford Hill, London. N 16. A series of 11 courses, each of 16 hours' duration, is planned. A charge is made but this is to be refunded if successful candidates complete a stipulated period of employment with the firm,
