arrested for failing to provide a breath sample after his Leyland Daf artic overturned on the M20 near Ashford last Thursday, spilling 32kg of glue onto the road, which had to be closed from 22:30hrs until 13:00hrs the next day. Michael Scott-Beaulieu, 57, from Northfleet, who drives for a local haulier, will appear at Ashford Magistrates on 16 July.
