Genesis Dual-Fuel pumps natural gas, compressed or liquefied, through electronic gas iniectors to the cylinder heads, Between the vehicle's ECU, which assesses the driver's torque demands, and the engine's ECU, which provides information on how much diesel to inject, is the controller area network [CAN] gateway.
This is linked to Hawk, the heart of the Genesis system. It plots the required use of diesel and gas, talks to tt-e diesel and gas Injectors and proportions the diesel/gas requirements simultaneously into the four-stroke cycle.
