BRITISH Road Services' seven operating companies and divisions in Scotland have been regrouped in a move designed to reduce costs and improve the special facilities available.
Scottish Road Services Ltd becomes the holding company for the new organisation, trading as Scottish Road Services (West) Ltd, Glasgow; Scottish Road Services (Forth) Ltd, Falkirk; Scottish Road Services (Caledonian) Ltd, Dumfries; and Scottish Road Services (North) Ltd, Dundee.
All operations of the three former divisions of SRS and the four companies within the Tayforth Group are embodied in the new structure.
