• Three British MPs and a peer. have been selected to sit on the European Parliament's Transport and Regional Policy Committee for the 1973-74 Session.
They are Mr Rafton Pounder, Unionist MP for Belfast South, Mr James Hill, Conservative, Southampton Test, and Mr Russell Johnston, Liberal, Inverness.
Lord Brecon, former Minister of State for Welsh Affairs, is the House of Lords representative on the Committee.
