throughout the United States, the sales facilities of the Indian Motocycle Co. have been made available, as from November 1, for the distribution of three wheeled delivery vehicles made by the Reliant . Engineering Co. (Tamworth), Ltd.
This development has resulted from an American sales agreement negotiated by I. Brockhouse and Co., Ltd., With the American concern, whereby the Indian Sales Corporation was formed and financed by the two principals.
• At the recent Cycle and -Motor Cycle Show, a representative of " The Commercial Motor" learned that sales of Reliant 8-cwt. and 12-cwt. threewheelers in the export markets had increased greatly of late.
M.P.s TO INQUIRE INTO NATIONALIZATION
THERE are hopes of 'a Parliamentary debate, in the near future; on the nationalization of road transport, as demanded by " The Commercial Motor" on October 7. It is understood that it would probably have taken place by now but for the pressure on Parliamentary time caused by devaluation. It is possible that the debate may be held next week.
