Merseyside owner-driver Robert Ashley was fined £25 with g5 costs, after admitting 52 oftences of failing to produce tachograph charts. Wrexham magistrates were told that when charts were eventually produced they showed drivers' hours offences that could not be prosecuted because they were time barred.
