• Williams Bros, the Queensferry-based haulage company, has entered into a contract with Anglesey Aluminium to carry about 25,000 tons of aluminium per year.
The aluminium, which will be transported to all parts of Britain, but chiefly North Wales and Merseyside, will be in the form of ingots, coils and billets and will be carried in 20-ton loads.
