• Dennison has built four dual. purpose trailers for Benton Bros of Boston: each semi can be used as a coiler or a skeletal.
Two 12-tonne steel coils can be carried in the 350mm-deep central well formed within the chassis rails. The 6.1x1.35m well is constructed from steel plate, with wooden grip rails running along its length.
For container work, extendible front and rear sections with a two-position kingpin allow the semis to carry 40ft or ISO boxes, secured by standard twist locks.
The trailers run on ROR LM9000 axles with air suspension, taring out at 5,200kg.
