A former transport manager has appeared in court on ten offences under the Bankruptcy Act.
Barrie Burton was committed for trial by Crown Court when he appeared before Newcastle city magistrates. He was given unconditional bail.
Six of the offences against Burton, of Waskerly Walk, Newton Aycliffe, concern failing to disclose debts of over £11,000 to the Official Receiver.
