Breaches of the drivers hours and tachograph rules have led to the revocation of the two-vehicle licence held by Lanark-based William Mitchell.
Scottish Deputy Traffic Commissioner Richard McFarlane also disqualified Mitchell, trading as Mitchell Haulage, of Lesmahagow, Lanark, from holding or obtaining an 0-licence in any Traffic Area for two years.
Mitchell had been called before the DTC at an Edinburgh disciplinary inquiry.
