has been made business development manager of Watts of Lydney Group. Stephen Bowkett has been promoted to management accountant for South Wales Commercials Newport, Watts Leasing and Caerleon Bodybuilders. Derek Leech succeeds Bowkett as management accountant.
Dick Morgan has been recruited as manager of the Watts Group's Motor Division, responsible for profits with ERF, Leyland Dal, Freight Rover, MANNW, Ford and
Rover franchises. He was previously managing director for Fords of Dagenham and Lex commercial vehicle interests.
The new general manager at MAN and VW dealers at Whitney Truck Services is Richard Hilltout, and Effirys Jones is the new general manager of Watts Truck Centre.
