Transfrigoroute (UK) has confirmed John Clark, managing director of Clan International, as its new president, with Daniel Laffley and Liam Miff as vice-president and secretary respectively. A t the recent AGM. Laffley called for all UK-manufactured controlled-temperature units used for perishable goods to be ATP-certified.The proposal was tempered by warnings from Wincanton Logistics' fleet engineer Arthur Baldwin of the costs of the required six-yearly re-certification.
