WHEN Brent Cross shopping centre opens in March users of LT services will find no protection from the weather while waiting for buses except for bus shelters.
The Brent Cross centre provides more than 75,000sqm (800,000sqft) of shopping under one roof. A widely publicised feature is extensive free car parking, so it is surprising that the public transport terminal is no more than a windswept, paved yard.
A new service was started last Saturday to the centre.
