Eleven drivers from depots in Purfleet, West London and Wymondham, Norfolk, have received specially monogrammed jackets in recognition of 24 incident-free months; they all work at Hoyer UK's Mineral Oils department. But what exactly has the scheme achieved? "Fewer lost days, less frequent damage to equipment and resultant downtime," says Mark Binns, managing director at Hoyer UK. It sounds like money in the bank to me—so I hope the valiant 11 also get a little something to stuff in the pockets of their new jackets.
