Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I am replying to the letter from PT Hemingway of JCB Landpower ( CM 9-15 Dec 1999), stating that Fastracs are not a threat to modern hauliers.

If Mr Hemingway would like to come to our premises, I can take him to several local firms within 25 miles of us that use JCB Fastracs and have no agricultural connections whatsoever. They are plant hirers, earthmoving and general haulage firms. These are local businesses that have no agricultural land and their Fastracs do nothing other than commercial road haulage.
