• MAN dealer Borderman Trucks has taken over Eddie Stobart's Carlisle workshop in a deal which includes servicing Stobart's trailers as well as its MAN vehicles.
The Penrith-based dealership has retained 14 of Stobart's fitters.
Borderman owner Arthur Hewetson plans to sell some MAN trucks from Stobart's old depot, which will alleviate crowded conditions at the Penrith dealership.
