CM's report from the Saudi Arabian Transport Show was apparently more important than we thought. After an uneventful six-hour trip to London Heathrow's No. 3 terminal, the package containing the report spent six days in the Customs Hall. It was chosen by HM Customs and Excise for opening. Now we do not complain about meticulous Customs and Immigration checks. In fact we often think they don't go far enough. But ask yourself, is not six hours from Jeddah and six days from Heathrow disproportionate? We think so.
