A poor maintenance record has led to the revocation of the licence held by Robert Collis, trading as RM Collis Bulk Haulage, of Swansea. Collis had been called before the Welsh DTC Alan Jenkins at a Port Talbot disciplinary inquiry.
WINCE CIIT The licence held by Haverford West-based Philip Hancock, trading as Hancock Bros, has been curtailed to two vehicles and two trailers. Hancock appeared before Welsh TC David Dixon at a Neath disciplinary inquiry because of his maintenance record.
LICENCE CURTAILED Concerns over vehicle maintenance led to the licence held by Graham Donnelly, trading as CJD Haulage, Co Durham being curtailed to four vehicles and two trailers. Donnelly had been called before the North Eastern IC Tom Macartney (below) at a Leeds disciplinary inquiry.

The hearing of charges of fraudulent trading by Wigan haulier Steven Parr and his wife Caroline have been adjourned until 21 March by the town's magistrates, when proceedings for their committal to Crown Court for trial will take place.
