A FREIGHT handling system designed to encourage traffic to go by rail has been developed with assistance from the Greater London Enterprise Board (Gleb), an offshoot of the Greater London Council.
Wagon Unloaders, of Chiswick, London, has been given a £50,000 Gleb loan to help it produce the UndeRover, a single-person operated selfpowered mobile unloader to work with British Rail's new generation of freight wagons.
