A CONSULTATIVE DOCUMENT Proposals for Packaging and Labelling of Dangerous Substances (Amendment) Regulations has just been published by the Health and Safety Commission.
An additional 121 dangerous chemicals used in industry would be added to the schedule of substances within the scope of the Packaging and Labelling of Dangerous Substances Regulations 1978 under proposals outlined in the codurnent.
