Commissioner Neil Kinnock wants Eastern European hauliers to be given easier access to Community countries. He wants more bilateral agreements as part of east/west integration.

* Growth in IV snles slowed in November. SMMT figures showed a 4.8% increase on November 1994, against a 9.7% year-on-year gain up to November.
