by Karen Miles • A Norfolk lorry driver accused of endangering the lives of railway passengers after he allegedly drove his lorry in front of a train has to wait until the new year to learn his legal fate.
Timothy Bat-tram, of March in Cambridgeshire. has been reported for the offence of endangering the safety of pas
sengers on the railway and the Crown Prosecution Service is currently studying the file compiled by the British Transport Police.
The 37-year-old driver for Envirowaste, based in Harleston, Norfolk, allegedly crossed a railway crossing near Peterborough just seconds before a 70mph train sped through.
