A Cork Gulley spokesman says that accountants for the prospective buyers are going to look at John Dee's books this week.
JUG collapsed at the beginning of January owing several million pounds to a large number of creditors (CM 10-16 January). The company's 1990 turnover of £35.4m resulted in a £936,000 loss and since going into receivership 220 workers, out of 800 nationwide, have lost their jobs.
