Renault Truck Commercials invests £175,000 in Park Royal refurbishment
Words: Kevin Swallow MORE THAN £175,000 has been spent by Renault Truck Commercials revamping its Park Royal dealership in London.
The revamp includes a refurbished 12bay workshop, reitted parts and service reception area and a driver’s waiting area with showers and free Wi-Fi access.
Renault Trucks Commercials MD Christophe Blazère invested in the refurbishment to provide a higher standard of facilities to customers. “The location is well-positioned to support CV users operating in and around the capital. It’s the latest step in our plan to improve standards across the Renault Truck Commercials network,” he says.
Additional work includes a wider entrance gate, new parking facilities, an entrance/exit barrier system and exterior lighting. However, Blazère says there is little point in investing in the facilities if it is not matched by investment in the staff. “We have invested heavily in staff training, with fully trained reception and parts counter staff, who are focused on improving customer service levels.” ■
