Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The RHA is to introduce a new costing service to cover 12 types of vehicles. Among the vehicles to be included are four-wheel platforms, at 7i, 10 and 16 tons gvw; 22 to 24-ton artics; 24 to 26-ton rigid six-wheel platforms; 30-ton eight-wheel rigids; 28, 30 and 32-ton artics. They will also include tippers, operating at 16 tons gross, 24 to 26 tons gvw: 30 tons gvw and 30-32 tons gvw.

Members who are participating in the Caps scheme will be given first opportunity to join the new scheme.

The Association will issue twice a year the operating cost per mile for each of the classes. Information will become available in the spring and autumn. The cost of the scheme to subscribe to CAPS will be between £20 and £35.
