• A new range of silent generators, particularly suited to vehicle use, is offered by Scorpion Generators. The Nomad series ranges from lkVA to 4kVA for petrol units and 5kVA to 11kVA for diesel-powered machines. LPG versions are also available.
Also new is the Blizzard range of air conditioning units which have been specifically designed to run from generators with very low power consumption as well as from the mains supply.
The larger models in the range incorporate a warm air heating facility and prices range from £950 to £1,300.
The Nomad series generators start at £1,426 and both applications are available on resale terms to vehicle manufacturers and specialist body builders.
