Mr Westbrook is at present assistant engineer (works) with Midland Red, a position he has held since 1974. He joined the company in 1973 as an area engineer.
London Transport has appointed D. E. Sayburn as its principal policy liaison assistant to represent I,TE interests with the Greater London Council.
Mr Sayburn first joined LT in 1961, but in 1970. he joined the Coventry Transport Study Group and has since been transport co-ordinating officer with Cambridgeshire County Council.
Also at LT, Derek Fisk is to be the new public relations officer in succession to Frank Baker who has retired.
C. Timms has joined LT as an internal audit officer (finance and data processing) from a Birmingham firm of chartered accountants.
At Avis Truck Rental, former northern regional sales manager Robert Kerr has been appointed national key accounts manager for the company.
