Since Introoxing the concept of the 40 sliding bogie skeletal to the UK in 1987, General Trailers continued its innovative role by launching the fourth generation of this specialist model at the recent CV 2000 Show.
Known 05 the Multliner a key feature of the design is an all new air operated locking system which secures the sliding suspension sub-frome to the upper main frame and is operated via spring cylinders. The smooth rolling system is provided by six biochromated rollers with stainless steel and bronze rings.
This technologically advanced unit will carry 20', 30', 40' and 45' containers.
