• Wilson Double Deck has been taken over by the Montracon Group, continuing the trend to consolidation in the UK trailer market. Wilson Double Deck's factory at Craigavon in Northern Ireland is to shut down, but Montracon will be producing trailers to Wilson's desi Montracon will also provide spares and service for existing tomers from its site at Newtownabbey, also in Northern Ireland.
Wilson's specialist trailers will be built at the Moritr Refrigerated Vehicles plant in Market Weighton, Yorks.
