• The Freight Transport Association has called upon Transport for London to cut the congestion charge minimumentry level for fleet operators from 25 to 10 vehicles.
FTA London and South East regional director Sue Moody says that members want a lower threshold: "If we are to persuade TfL to reduce it to 10 vehicles, we need a body of evidence from small fleet operators confirming this demand."
A TfL spokesperson says thresholds will not change before charges are introduced.
