Opening the High Country Independent Press one morning they read that Cody had been convicted of "deviate sexual conduct". When he vigorously protested his innocence, Cody 's wi ft, parents and sister thought he must be in denial and urged him to seek treatment. The luckless chap's only offence was in fact that he was fined for overloading his lorry. A gremlin in the computer at the county court had managed to translate this into a sex charge which included bestiality. Cody, who is now suing the paper, says: "I've heard every sheep joke you can imagine" So the message to all you truckles is don't overload your lorry or you may end up feeling a little sheepish.
