• It is expected that another boost to the management team of the specialist HGV and commercial vehicle breakdown service will provide even quicker response times and improved service levels for RAC Commercial Assistance customers.
Quality assurance manager Peter Wilson says: "The new brief means we can concentrate on building on the specialist knowledge of the RACCA team, to offer an even better, faster service."
