BOC is considering changing the structure of its network distribution businesses and says it is already taking action to cut costs in the two businesses, which have depots all over the country. The news came on Tuesday as BOC announced that the "good progress" being made by its distribution businesses is offset by problems in its network distribution busi nesses, leaving profits unchanged. BOC does not publish a specific profits figure for its distrib Commenting on the distribution busi ness's "similar" results to those post ed last year, BOC says: "Profit margins were affected by heavy competitive pressures which seem unlikely to abate. Actions to cut costs and improve margins are underway."
