I don't believe I have ever sold a MAN 6x4 rigid tipper.That's not so surprising because MAN only sells a few and any that come up for resale are most likely to go through MAN's own used truck sales programme.The six-wheeler is a bit of a niche market for MAN and it has yet to establish a strong position in the UK at this weight.
"The 26.285 has a small, relatively high revving engine and it is its size that helps make it one of the lightest six-wheelers around.The cab is also one of the smallest around and helps to contain the unladen weight, but there are a lot of big guys about who drive sixwheelers so that aspect of the truck may not go down so well with owner-drivers."
