Strong demand from the recent entrants to the EU is not going to abate any time soon and factories across Europe are working at full capacity. Plants opening in Poland and Russia will gradually start to supply more trucks for local economies, easing the pressure in the UK market slightly, but component sourcing will remain a big issue. Few manufacturers expect to see lead times drop before the summer and prices will probably stay high as a result.
