• Essex lorry driver Steven Murray, whose truck was involved in a fatal accident last month, has been remanded in custody for another four weeks.
The crash at Chadwell St Mary, Essex, resulted in the death of Andrew Cole and his two sons who were in their family car (CM3-9 July).
Murray, of East Tilbury, faces a series of charges including three counts of dangerous driving, of taking a vehicle without authority, and of failing to provide a specimen breath test.
Murray is scheduled to appear before Grays magistrates again on 5 August.
