Problems over vehicle maintenance, and lending 0-licence discs to an operator whose licence had been revoked, have led to the revocation of the licence held by Blackwoodbased Harold Henry Jones. In addition, the Welsh IC David Dixon disqualified Jones from holding an 0-licence for six months.
