SCHIAFFINO LINE has started its Ramsgate-Ostend service with three weekday, one Saturday, and two Sunday sailings of the freight-only service.
It uses the Ramsgate harbour facilities run by Port Sally Management, associate of Sally the Viking Line which operates its own freight and passenger roiro service to Dunkirk.
NOVATRANS EUROPE, the piggy-back road/rail specialist based in Britain, has joined forces with Trailerpool to offer a combined range of rail-compatible trailers and caisses-mobiles from depots at Rainham (Essex), Poole, Ramsgate and Manchesgter.
