• Thirty drivers employed by Portsmouth fresh produce haulier Mainland Market Deliveries are facing tachograph charges at the city's magistrates court.
The charges include alleged conspiracy, exceeding legal drivers' hours and making false entries on record sheets.
The company has also been charged, as has transport manager Peter Simmonds: the case was adjourned until 8 April.
