• The Transport Tribunal has quashed a decision by South Wales DLA Gerrard Sullivan to disqualify the directors of Collingbourne Contractors (Cwmbran) from holding a licence for five years. The firm's licence was revoked after they failed to attend a public inquiry and the DLA heard it was in receivership.
