• Basildon-based VCS Road Services has introduced a twice-weekly trailer consolidation service to Hungary and Poland. And it is planning to expand its weekly departures to the Czech and Slovak Republics.
VCS launched a weekly groupage service to Croatia and Slovenia last November. It routes driver-accompanied trailers from the UK to Zagreb and Ljubljana, providing a depot-to-depot five day transit time to Croatia and four days to Slovenia.
