FHERE IS AN EASY way to avoid congestion and parking charges in London: employ disabled drivers, who are exempt and also get parking privilege& am disabled myself and do not need any adaptations to control a vehicle; if adaptations are required this can be financed by the government. Help is also available through Job Centres.
Some smaller companies may be worried about insurance. However, this should not be affected due to the Disability Discrimination Act.
