C49 Are you compliant with the Driver CPC? Driver CPC is for LGV and PCV drivers who drive in the UK, laid down by EU Directive 2003/59.
Existing LGV and PCV drivers must undertake periodic training, amounting to 35 hours of training every five years.
Driver CPC came into force on 10 September 2008 for PCV drivers, with a completion date of 9 September 2013; and on 10 September 2009 for LGV drivers, with a completion date of 9 September 2014.
