THE SCOTTISH trafic commissioner has granted Dumfries and Galloway haulier John Davies Transport a licence to operate six vehicles and eight trailers out of an operating centre in Castle Douglas. A condition attached to the licence is to provide three months’ original bank statements proving the irm has access to £30,600.
