• Another version of the striking Fineline coach built by B. Walker and Son Ltd., Watford, is a 12-seater based on the 30cwt Ford Transit chassis. It is available in two versions —deluxe, with high-backed tubular-framed seats with foam rubber cushions, squabs and head rolls upholstered in moquette with PVC trim—and standard. The latter version has seats upholstered throughout in PVC and a more austere trim.
The coach can be of steel or composite framing with glass-reinforced plastics roof, rear corners and front scuttle. Exterior panelling is of aluminium, and the body has about 100 sq.ft. of window area. A rear luggage compartment with a capacity of 28 cu.ft. is provided.
Overall dimensions are 17ft 11 in. by 6ft 8in. wide by 7ft 10in. high (laden). Gross laden weight is 2 tons 11 cwt 2qr. Recom

The first of the Fineline Ford Transit coaches hes been delivered to Peter Hicks of Accrington, Lancs., was entered in the National Coach Rally last week-end, where it won its class, and is due to appear in the British Coach Rally tomorrow and Sunday.
